My journey in tech started when I was 5, watching TV with my dad. He wanted me to be a lawyer, but when I started fixing all his phone problems, I had won the argument. My first lines of code were on paper, and I can tell you right now they had no errors, at least that's what I want to believe. Since then I've gone from building websites to running support desks, cloud migrations and enterprise platforms, and today I lead products that keep AI-driven systems secure and usable at a global financial institution.
What ties it all together: I find the problems nobody has spotted yet, and I make systems work the way people actually work.

Southern Utah University
Where it all started: a mobile-responsive redesign and performance work on the university's main website, plus SSO across campus platforms.
I combine systems thinking with hands-on execution. I own problems end to end, from finding the root cause to shipping something that holds up in practice. Whether it's centralizing scattered data, fixing an internal platform or building from scratch, the goal is the same: make technology usable, effective and aligned with how people actually work.
